LICENSURE
Diane is a Licensed Masters Social Worker in Kansas. She is
currently fulfilling state requirements for licensure as a Licensed Specialist
Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of Monty W. Miller, LSCSW.
BACKGROUND
Diane is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a
Master’s degree in Social Work. Her practicum experiences were at Jewish Family
& Children Services and Rainbow Mental Health Facility.
She is a member of NASW (National Association of Social
Workers), AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors) and the Grief
Support Network.
In early 2007, she completed two classes at Calvary
Theological Seminary, Biblical Counseling and Counseling Women.

PROCESS
Initially, information related to personal history and the presenting
problem will be gathered. At times, personal growth
assignments may be given to help facilitate the change desired by the client.
These assignments may consist of reading, journaling, observing and perhaps
changing actions and/or behaviors, or be given other assignments relevant to
the situation.
She
will incorporate Christian principles if so desired by the client.
